Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unopened and unused. Please note the following:

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Opened or used items are not eligible for refunds.
  
• A $3.50 processing fee per returned item will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repacking, and restocking costs.

Please include a note with your order number (e.g., #12345) within the package to help us process your return efficiently.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed. Please allow a few business days for the credit to reflect on your original payment method.
