Our refund policy and satisfaction guarantee are simple at HeySunday. If you are unsatisfied with your first time purchase of HeySunday for any reason, please reach out to hello@heysunday.com and let us know. We will either send you a replacement product or refund your order, depending on the circumstances.
A “first time purchase” refers to a product that you purchase for the first time from us.
PLEASE NOTE: First time purchases of more than 2 items are not eligible for our money-back guarantee.
Your refund will be credited back to the card you used to make your purchase, and it will arrive back in your account within 7-10 business days. If this is not the case, please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know so we can check on it for you.
Once a recurring order (i.e., an order for a product that is not a first-time purchase product) is processed (either as part of a subscription or not), we cannot cancel it and will not accept returns. Therefore, we ask subscribers not interested in receiving their next order to cancel/skip it at least 24 hours before it automatically renews and ships.
The delivery schedule can be monitored and managed in real-time on the customer portal. Cancelations made in one's customer portal are for future orders not ones that have already been processed.
We love feedback and might ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of what your experience was. We also really appreciate it when you send us a photo of your product if it is damaged, unusable, or in any way not what you expected.
