How the test worked

Four shirts, one load. A two-minute cold soak, three sheets loose in the drum, then a normal cold cycle. No hot water and no scrubbing.

How many sheets do I use?

One sheet for a small or normal load, two for a large one, three for a big or heavily soiled load. The chart is printed on the pack.

Will they work in cold water?

Yes. They are made to dissolve in cold water.

How long does one pack last?

Sixty sheets. That is sixty small loads, or about thirty medium ones, so a pack lasts most households about a month. It weighs about 6.5 oz and fits in a kitchen drawer.

Does it work in every machine?

Front loader, top loader and high-efficiency (HE) machines are all fine. They are low sudsing.

Can I change my delivery?

Yes, from your account, with no phone call and no password. Go to Manage Subscription, put in your email, and we send you a login code. From there you can skip a delivery, move the date, change the size, or cancel. The one rule is to do it at least 24 hours before your next order date, because once an order has processed we cannot pull it back.
