Liquid detergent is mostly water. Ours is the concentrate: seven plant-based surfactants plus enzymes like protease that break protein stains apart rather than bleaching them out of sight.

Put the sheet on top of the clothes and start the machine. That is the whole method, and it works in the drawer too if you prefer. A pack of 60 sheets covers 60 small loads, or about 30 medium ones.

Wash with them properly for two months. If they are not right for you, email us and we will put it right. There is no form to fill in and nothing to post back, because there is no half-empty jug to return.

What is actually in the sheets?
Ocean Breeze: Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Starch (Corn), Deionized Water, Cocamidopropyl Betanine, Lauramidopropylamine Oxide, Sodium Fatty Acids, Glucoside Polyoxyethylene Ether, Natural Saponin, Sunflower Oil, Tea Oil, Protease, Citric Acid, Glycerin, Fragrance.
Fragrance Free: the same list, without the fragrance.
Free from phosphates, phthalates, 1,4-dioxane, bleaches, parabens and dyes.
Will it work on sensitive skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin use both Ocean Breeze and Fragrance Free without issues. If you want to play it safe, start with Fragrance Free, which was made with sensitive skin in mind. Everyone's skin is different, so read the ingredient list above before you order.
Is it safe for septic and greywater systems?
Yes. The sheets are concentrated, low-sudsing, phosphate-free and certified readily biodegradable to OECD 301B, which makes them suitable for all system types including septic and greywater.
Will it work in my machine?
Yes, in every type, including HE, front-load and top-load, and at every water temperature. Put the sheet in the drum on top of your clothes, or in the detergent drawer if you prefer. They work for hand washing too.
How many loads does a pack actually cover?
Each pack holds 60 sheets, which is 60 small loads or about 30 medium ones. That is why our plans deliver at the rate a household actually uses them, rather than every 30 days regardless.
When will I be charged, and can I change things?
You are charged when each order is created, on the schedule you picked. From your account you can skip a single delivery, switch scent, or change how often it arrives.
Changes apply to future orders, so make them at least 24 hours before your next order date. Once an order has been processed we cannot pull it back.
How fast does it ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours by USPS First Class, free. Order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and it goes out Monday. Delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days from despatch, from our fulfilment centre in Hebron, Kentucky.
Will it fade my colours?
No. The sheets contain no chlorine or liquid non-chlorine bleach and no dyes, so they will not fade or damage fabrics.
