Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unopened and unused. Please note the following:

⚠️ Returns must always be initiated by contacting our team first. Please do not send returns on your own, as we need to create an internal record and provide the necessary instructions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Opened or used items are not eligible for refunds.
A $3.50 processing fee per returned item will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repacking, and restocking costs.
Please do not include any form of payment (e.g., checks or cash) inside the return package — our warehouse is not authorized to accept payments, and any applicable fees will be automatically deducted from your refund.
